Abstract
|
|
|
Putamen is regarded as the most common site of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma. Authers peresent the result of retrospective study of stereotactic of spontaneous putaminal hematoma.
The result of treatment and the assessment of the prgnostic factors are as follows; To lower the frequency of rebleeding and mortality.
1) To delay interval from attack to asipration for at least 12 hours and
2) To limit of hematoma aspiration rate below 50% is desirable
